Hi Everyone,

I’ve been asked horrendously numerous times, and many times over and over again who are these people that are doing well with AAMX.

I’ve asked those people who are doing well  numerous times also (as to probally bother them) to share their story. I’ve lost hope, thinking “hey they want to keep their secrets, its a lost world, no one wants to help, yada, yada, yada”.

So anyways, I got an email back finally from a client named Andy HM. Telling me more about wt he’s doing with AAMX. He’s actually the guy that made $1K+ in 2 weeks with it.

He did not make a guide, but it’s good stuff.  I replied back to him asking him if I could put this up on a post, and he basically said yes. I know some of you want his name and on that reply I to him I asked him how I should put his name, and he just wants it Andy HM. Why? I’m only guessing he does not want to be bothered, but he did say an OK for me to post what I wanted out of his email. So here it goes. Unedited.

Thing is, many of you may be confused what he is talking about, but you may get some good things from it,  you users of AAMX. I actually have told a few clients that I think this guy is using AAMX better then I do.  So here….we have a forum, other great clients, and members of the community I noticed are very happy to share, and they are happy to probally tell you exactly what Andy is talking about in his emails. Hey, post a question up for Andy himself in the forum, he may even reply to it.

But here goes…unedited (Director’s Cut right?)

6/8/2010 Email from Andy HMHey Chad,

No worries at all… I’d like to think most of your customers/supporters will understand completely. I am running really well with AAMX and have managed to set up a free catchall as I mentioned using .co.cc domain, 00webhost and google free apps account (lets you do the catchall!), I will setup a few more no I know it works!

So perhaps I can give you a step by step when I get a moment?

I have been focusing too on registering and setting up my own MU hosts on my own domains so I will have over 100,000 accounts to post to that I know will always be there.. (sorry but I close registrations as I get to 1000 or so accounts on each! Perhaps we could hire some space to struggling users J)…

The 14 days we have been tracking and developing this so far have returned us over $1100 in sales for amazon with $80 – $90 commission while we have been testing, can’t wait to see how it goes as we expand but the sales certainly come in consistently if you keep hammering.. (we got 5 little EEEPC notebooks to run as many databases as possible too)

Just thought you might like to know some of us are really running with this!

Cheers
Andy

7/8/2010 Email From Andy

Hi chad,

Sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner, AMMX has been going well but we have by no means reached our final goals yet with the software!

I am happy to offer encouragement to anyone, (I am doing some long days and nights tho J) our approach has been one of going all out and investing some money in the system (extra computers, time, domains) to scale it up so that may not be possible for everyone.

At the very least I would recommend anyone running this to try and get at least one cheap laptop to run AMMX 24/7 on that isn’t used for anything else, you can get them for $150 or less on Ebay..

One thing I did early on was to combine all the databases using a free text file combiner and then split them into a handful of larger files to run on each of the computers we are using.. Seems to be less resource intensive and still cover the product range with the computers running 24/7.

When I say computers it isn’t necessary to invest a fortune, just the smallest most basic cheap laptop running XP seems to do fine…

I have each computer running TMX aswell as AMMX so they keep a fresh supply of new blog accounts growing to post to. Just clean them out every once in a while with your xmlrpc tool.

I get at least 40 – 50 new accounts each day added to each computer this way which seems to keep the content rolling nicely out there. I used the database tool to get a 1300 item list of the high priced electronic stuff which I have running 24/7 too…

Part ‘B’ of our master plan is still in development but the goal is to have our own ‘self contained’ network of blogs setup, on our own server, though this could be done with VPS or other reliable hosting. I have quite a few domains that I can add a MU install to and load up with accounts to post to.

I have had a few runs across a small network of about 6000 accounts on 7 or 8 domains and am still developing the network to cope with serious posting and expansion! It is our intention to build up in the region of 60 – 100 thousand accounts.

Also as I mentioned I succeeded in creating a totally free catchall setup using a .co.cc free domain, hosted on 000webhost.com and tied to a free google apps account which is the key to getting the catchall email.

It is not a particularly easy or obvious system to setup, it can take 2-3 days for the google apps email setup to resolve with the .co.cc domain but it’s worth it. I also suspect that this setup will work for creating MU hosts to post to though I haven’t got round to testing that yet.

I have 1 of these free catchalls setup and working, I will setup another next week and document each step for you ok!

So, in summary we are going ‘big’ with this and it is starting to pay off… we are a kind of maverick team with a bit of money behind us and a will to take a few good systems and max them out.. Your AMMX being one of those..

Actually I’ve been running Gregs WPMage for a while now too getting pretty good returns from Ebay EPN, I would love to know more about your ebay software/system that was mentioned in the build up to your AMMX release??

If it still exists in any shape I would be keen to have a crack at it?!

Technically the software has run pretty smoothly, I’ve never had any trouble creating Mu hosts, Mu accounts or posting.. I did find that once you run more than 4 instances of the software across 6-8 different computers it started missing posts hence the move to splitting the entire database into 10 or so large files each run with 1 instance of AMMX on a laptop…

I hope there’s something in there that helps! Feel free to ask me any questions if anything comes to mind from what I’ve said since I’m really not sure what fellow AMMX users are looking for by way of assistance.. I’m happy to help out in any way I can time permitting..

Cheers Chad, you make great software!

 Best wishes
Andy

That’s that folks! As Micheal Myers would say on Saturday Night Live  ”Talk amongst yourselves”. LOL. Just Kidding.  But let remind you of our forum. Check it out here. You need to sign up there to see the boards.

But it is something to think about and mostly ask questions about.

Don’t settle for easy when you are trying to make a living online. It gets easier as years go by. But there is nothing out there that I know that you can press one button and make a million. But I know a few things that you can press a few buttons and make a comfortable living online.

One thing, after re-reading Andy’s email is how he buys cheap laptops (I know those of you with not much money would cringe at that one) . Another alternative is using $7.96 VPS sytems online. It’s like having a seperate computer on a fast connection. We will get to that.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Thanks,
Chad
