Maybe most of you guys have never actually worked yourself to a standstill and blown up?!
I hope not anyway as it isn’t a pleasant experience (You don’t think it can ever happen to you – but I’ve gone through it).
Though I’ve no knowledge of Chad’s personal life I can say that this situation has all the hallmarks of something similar so we shouldn’t pile the pressure on too much. Chad’s background with this project ought to be proof enough that he is deeply committed to it.

He’s had time to put a strike through on the forum links from his last posts.

Good to see you Chad, pity you couldn’t spend another 5 mins giving us an update! Would have appreciated that.

Still, it only takes all of 5 minutes to pop in here and say “hey guys, I’m still here and working on an update”. The fact that he hasn’t done that….I would not be surprised if there is no update.

Hey Deep…agreed! When someone buys these software’s all is explained in the manuals. Videos are great but also take time to do. The remote sessions are time killers and would definitely need to be on a per charge basis. I think Chad is just being a nice guy doing this but has realized that he needs to make a living, and there is only so much time in a day.

Chad needs to spend time brainstorming and adding new features, not answering support tickets and doing free remote sessions…

Chad is well and working on an update. You should hear from him by end of month.
Most do not realize that supporting this site and creating & maintaining products cannot be done by one person.
Outsourcing is good for support but costs money. Are you all willing to pay a fee for support once you have had the product? This is not your normal software, and will always need changes to stay up with technology.
Reading back to some threads and having 200 support tickets to read and answer takes days to do.
Ok then…there you have it…

I’ve heard he put his back out, is working on an update but until he comes back and TELLS US what’s happening. It’s all pie in the sky stuff I’m afraid.

3 months since his last post. That says it all.

Its been over two months since he posted anything here. No training videos. No updates. No blog posts. No nothing.
