Hey it’s true. Chad is doing great support. I managed to find a bug, but Chad knew what it was instantly and he had it fixed in a couple of days. You should get better performance out of his tools now. The suite has been really stable for me since Saturday when I got the fix installed.

I definitely confirm what you’re saying. Fortunately I did not need one to one support, but every time I sent you an email you come back with solutions and free advice or more.
I am praying that you will be here for us for quite some time and not retire

I am amazed at how busy you have been of late, and I thank you so much for the one on one help you have given me.

Things are however feeling very disorganized and chaotic with repeated promises and excuses. It is very frustrating waiting for information and then not hearing from you for a week or two at a time.

It would be a great help if you could provide a schedule of new releases, and keep us updated of any delays on a more frequent basis.

Hi Chad, I wanted you to know that the download went well.Sense our one on one last week the system is working great and I understand how Traffic x works.I appreciate the help you have given me with the XMLRPC  and cleaning tool along with the mu splitter.You have done a super job showing me how this system works and showing me how to organize the files.If you ever need someone to be part of a help group or mastermind group just let me know.

Yes Chad does deliver.  Even though it took a few days Chad answered my question and provided me specific info related to those questions.
With all the products out know I think the next focus would be to recommend to us on how to use them.
I have TrafficX, AAMX, MAM, SEO Trackbacks but am not sure of the strategy for using them together.
I see TrafficX for finding and creating blogs that is a given…what I am not sure about is AAMX and MAM and should I use them both or just AAMX as it can also post anchor links.
I have not seen one sale from MAM so common sense says to use AAMX.
Maybe a forum is needed to aid in these answers.

I really could use some help but I did not want to put more pressure on you by scheduling a one to one support. You know I’m pretty desperate in my need to make some money. I have been trying different things with AAMX like splitting up my blog files into specific groups but its hard to do when I am only getting like 1 new Verified MU Host in a 24 hr. period. I did not realize there were new releases, do you think I should download them or will I be too confused without there being any instruction?

WOW that was AWESOME!!! I downloaded the new Traffic X and at first I did not see the GVH button at the top and I started to leave a comment telling you that my version did not have the button but before I clicked on Leave Comment I just for the heck of it checked once more and I saw the GVH at the top and it immediately gave me 127 VH’s which is Great because as I said above I have only been getting about 1 per day!
Thanks Chad! That was very generous and I for 1 very much appreciate it as I’m sure many others do as well! I wish there was a way we could all help ease your load.

Yes we need a proper forum in order to keep information flowing correctly. I have yet to figure out when chad responds to these posts etc because I can never find them easily. I too also have all the tools but have’nt figured out how to put them all together in one laser targeted cohesive package. I’ve yet to make a dime with these tools. Finally got the hang of trafficx +AAMX but then got stuck when base verifier crapped out. So for at least a week or two now nothing has been proceeding. Ohh well.

I had a 1-1 with Chad yesterday and he helped me fix an issue that I’ve been having with TrafficX. It really made my day! In addition he took the time to go over some of the new features and showed me how they work. Chad is a rare find in today’s IM world where a lot of vendors do not care about customer satisfaction but just how much they can make in a product launch. I’m ok with waiting a little bit for responses because when he does, he over delivers! Thanks Chad.

Pleased to hear about the new MU verifier. I bought Traffic X suite on the 30th May 2010. Its now the 16th June, and scout has been running 24/7.  But I still only have a grand total of 63 Verified MU hosts.
It would be good to get to 100 so I can actually use this thing!
Before you close down sales will you be opening up sales for Amazon Articles? It seems as though you don’t use the movie articles yourself any more, and from what I can gather they aren’t very effective. The 10,000 articles are obviously heavily used. So it seems like fairly new users of the software (or at least potential users, because I haven’t actually got to use it yet) have no decent monetised content source to use for articles. So it would be good to able to use the amazon ones. Can this be opened up?
I agree with fishinc about an overall strategy for using these programs. I too have SEO trackbacks as well.
I appreciate you are deep in babyville though man. I hope the little one isn’t giving you sleepless nights

If you have plans for new features, may i suggest a shared GVH button? If you share your GVH you can get access to everyone else’s GVH as well – i think that would be awesome. We could have all the GVH together and really be working as a community!

Hi Chad,
As always – many thanks for the update! I’ve just installed the TMX 2.5.8 update this morning, without any problems. The new GVH button delivered an extra 164 MU hosts. The suite has been running for about 4 hours now, and performance (on my old and slow PC) looks fine.

Hi Chad,

I can vouch for Chad’s unprecedented 1-on-1 support.

I had an issue sometime back which I could not track down. At first nor could Chad as it was throwing up some funny problems & messages. A lot was down the the virus protection, which can so often cause problems with software tools like this.

All credit to Chad, he went beyond the call of duty to make sure the problem was resolved and Traffic Mult X running properly. I have gone on to create 1000’s of MU blog accounts.

My problem took a lot of time out of Chad’s day to resolve but he scheduled it in around all the many other tasks he had.

I am just testing the new setup and will then have AAMX up & running.

In fact, now I am thinking about creating my own ‘theme specific’ network of MU blogs & creating accounts on those.

Chad, all I can suggest is you make sure you have a decent FAQ’s section & then possibly organise a webinar to help educate everyone on setting up Trafic Mult X, covering the most common issues. I know some of the stuff to many people is not intuitive & it takes some figuring out. (Hopefully by a webinar & addressing 80% of the common issues, you can resolve the most comon problems & focus on developing great software & training to go with it)

I will to comment too on Chad’s one on one support. It’s top notch! He fixed my problem quite easily and talked about other things on the horizon which looks and sounds awesome I must say.
 
Chad, if I could make one suggestion and that is to combine alot of your customer problems and solutions into a wiki or something. My problem could easily have been posted and answered.I would have easily solved the problem from there saving you your precious time!
 
Also, I did learn alot of other things from our chat which is very valuable, so I thank you for that.
 
Time to get back to work and start making some money!

To me Chad the reason you are feeling stressed is because you are trying to be too much in control.  Everything goes through you. And whilst I am sure you are a good guy, and have good intentions, in practice that means that support emails (at least in my case) don’t get answered, and there is a feeling of having no-one to ask for assistance.
To alleviate that situation and ease your burden you should:
1/ Set up a forum where your users can actually start helping each other.
Having comments all spread out around here is madness. If you had a forum, then your support workload would halve very quickly, because not only could you post FAQs etc. But users would themselves answer many of the tricky questions that arise.
2/ Set up proper ticketed support
I have sent you two emails in the last two weeks. Neither have been answered.
Not ragging on you man. I know you are busy, and you have the baby and all. But if all support has to flow through you, then that is a kind of madness.
Its like Bill Gates handling all the support questions for Microsoft. It makes no sense.
Have a proper forum and proper ticketed support, and you will not only free up a hell of a lot of time. But you will ironically be giving better support, because people will only have to contact you for the tricky stuff. Not stuff that has been asked two dozen times before.
If instead of spending two hours answering individual emails, you spent two hours answering forum posts, then that gradually builds up into a fantastic repository of information about all aspects of your software. That otherwise simply gets lost, because you are only communicating it to one person at a timne via email.
Anyhow, just my 2 cents. Thanks for the new Verified MU feature. I am now (finally) starting to create blogs

Hi Chad,
I was wondering if you could help me with this? I have been running scout, checking base and verifier non-stop and keeping records of its progress and on 6-16 at 11:15am I had 543 Verified MUs and 12 blogs in save file (I just started a new Mu Account) but then today 6-18 at 5:20pm I have 547 Verified MUs and 60 blogs. Do you think everything is running fine? It seems like I should have found more than 3 VMUs in 54 hrs. Is it possible I am over searching? I am running 2 instances of AAMX, 1 instance of MAM2 and I always have SEO-TB Finder running. I am using 2 different computers and one of them has an Intel CORE i5 processor so it can handle a lot of programs. I think tomorrow I am going to set-up a computer at my In-laws house and leave Traffic X Suite running for a week or so just to see if searching from a different IP address brings me better results. I just wanted to know what you think about this.

Chad- my best suggestion as to how you can eliminate some of your workload regarding support and answering questions, is simply to allow people like myself to post “unmoderated” posts to these blogs.  I personally have tried to post about 6 or 7 comments/questions in the last month, and each one of them says “your post is awaiting moderation.”  If you would have simply let me post my questions, I’m sure other users of traffic X suite could have answered them.

Howard- that sounds a lot like what I experienced.  It took me almost two weeks of full time searching/verifying to get about 77 verified MUs.  The GVH button helped a lot though, and now I have over 200, and I just created about 10,000 blog accounts in 2-3 days with traffic base.

Tomjack – Please do a posting run with the ‘Delete Bad Blogs’ ticked and post how many survive. When I did this my blogs went down from 8000 to 240. So I would be interested to see if its just me, or if other people have the same experience.

I may try that- but FYI- when I ran enable xmlrpc, I had about 10,000 blogs in my file, and after it ran, it said it found 4900 bad blogs.  So, it sounds like something may be wrong with your setup or the program.

Ok Thanks for the update. Will have a look at my setup. But honestly, its totally standard. I wonder if when you actually click the ‘Delete Bad Blogs’ you may find that more go? The XMLRPC check is only one check I would imagine, where as the ‘Delete Bad Blogs’ probably actually registers where it has tried to make a post a failed. So is probably a more comprehensive check and may well include more of them.  In any case, its worth running it, because its better to know the reality, rather then constantly posting to blogs that may not even exist
 
Would be interested in others experiences with the longevity of these blogs.
 
My own experience (so far) is not promising. And if you look at any of the support documentation or videos then there are actually a lot of blogs mentioned or in the background so you can see them to check.
 
Not a single one of them is still alive.
 
Chad – Are you actually still collecting public MU blogs with this yourself for your own use? Or have you set up your own MU blog farm to post to?
 
It seems to me like the latter choice is the only way to have blogs survive longer then a few weeks.
 
If you are doing the latter then can you elaborate or do a video on how you are going about doing that? As I am struggling to come up with ways to use this if I cannot get a decent number of blogs to post too.
 

I think it’s about time we all get together and create a few MU accounts that we can all post to.  It’s obvious from the posts that everyone is having a hard time finding verified MU hosts.  I, for one, have only added one new verified MU host in the past 5 days.  Why don’t we each spend the time and money to create 5 or 10 MU domains, and we then we’ll all have a large MU network we can all post to?  It would only take a couple days to setup, and if only 20 of us agree to participate, we’d have several hundred MU hosts to create accounts on.

I like the above idea.  I am wondering about the use of MAMv2.  In regards to anyone’s recent success with it.  I am at the posting on hubpages stage, and expect to later this week start posting on the several thousand blogs I have created.  I need a lot more input, in terms of general guidance.  I know Chad is backed up at the moment, and he has a new baby (congrats), so maybe someone can email me with an idea at pointers that are more recent than Feb. 2010.  Please email me @ runnerlife21@yahoo.com.  ANY input is appreciated, and I AM willing to setup MUs, so contact me about that as well.  Great idea TomJack!!!

Tomjack – I think the problem is that even with a few people, when they are creating 10,000 blogs, the public places soon shut you down.
 
My gut feeling tells me that Chad and Keith are not using public MUs predominatly. They are getting set up with SEo Hosting. Have 20+ IPs, and creating there own network, that NEVER gets taken down, because they control it.
 
I am hanging fire at the moment to see if Chad comes up with an update. Its been almost two weeks since he posted the front page posts where he said he was working on something. So hopefully something cool is in the pipeline.

A little transparency would be nice. How about setting up a project Chad that makes $200 a month and videoing the whole thing? I realise its a little like a ’sacrficial lamb’ once you release it for that particular project, but then if this thing is as easy to make money with as you say, then creating another one really shouldn’t be a big deal.
 
At the moment this program is a bit of turkey for me. And I feel a bit frustrated. Because its yet another of those ‘Shell out $200 – Get No Results’ experiences (Or $400 if you include SEO Trackbacks). But I think its one of those things that maybe with a few tweaks could turn into something quite nice.
 
I just doubt very much that Chad or Keith are ACTUALLY using this thing in the way they say. If they are, then how come no-one seems to be replicating their results?
 
I don’t see anyone else even remotely talking about things like that $2900 post of Chads. The only results I got when I used SEO Trackbacks for example was that my rankings all dropped. And I have already spoken about my experience thus far with Traffic X, which is non-existent in terms of results.
 
And Chad never answers support emails in my experience, so its not as though there is anyone to ask.
 
Ok. Rant over. Hopefully Chad will put in an appearance at some stage and show he still exists.
