I haven’t been on the Forum for a couple of weeks but it was proving a useful self-help area whilst Chad was away.
If it can be resurrected please it would be a good move as far as I’m concerned – but I don’t know if it was going off the rails so I’m in the dark as to why it has ended.

Hi Chad,
Pleased to hear about the forum. This site was becoming a mess with random posts all over it. This should help.

Can I suggest you put a link to the forum in the main navigation at the top. This post is soon going to get buried with new ones, and a link at the top will point people in the right direction more easily.

Can I also suggest you setup a proper ticketing system for the support, rather then just an email. It would make the process of getting in touch more orderly.
