Whats Up On SEO Munchies ….

Hi Everyone,

I was hoping to take some time off for the upcoming Christmas holidays to spend some time with the kids and wife. Thing is I am still backlogged on things I want to do, mostly tutorials/ case studies on how to use our software to it’s fullest. I’ve been wanting to do this for sometime now, but constant updates, meetings, weather, and one on one support has slowed me down.

Yes, I have been doing one on one support again. I do not have time for people who want to do one on one support to chat. Send support tickets for these.  I’m doing this for people who really, really, need help setting up catchalls, settings for our programs, etc. So if you need help setting up, please ticket me and I will try to fit an hour of remote desktop support where I login to your computer and help you setup your programs. I WILL NOT DO THIS for people that do not need setup help or people that blatantly do not read the instructions and want me to hold their hands and setup everything for them. If you are confused on setup  or have an isolated bug problems with OUR programs that is ok. I will try to setup and troubleshoot with you. I say OUR programs because I have actually in the past logged on with clients for one and one support and want me check out a problem that has nothing to do with OUR programs, totally true. This is not SupportDock.com. I really do one on one support because I really stand behind the programs we sell, and want everyone to use it. I doubt you will find support like this anywhere. I ask PLEASE DON’T ABUSE the one on one supports, because if I have to spend time doing one on one with someone who does not really need the help it takes precious time away from me helping other clients.

Also, please be aware that I have very busy days. Sometimes working 15 to 20 hours, programming, doing meetings, and support. Yes, this makes for a very tired Chad with no sleep. So anyways, be aware that first come first serve for this one on one support and I may not be able to schedule with you right away.

I will be working on tutorials and case studies on old ways, and new ways to use the programs to make money this holiday break. I have had such great inspiration to do case studies and try new ways to use our programs with some great feedback from clients and how they are using the programs. I want to try it too!

I have also been told that the site is hard to navigate. Finding tutorials, download pages, etc, etc. I’m very sorry about that, I’m a programmer and not really good at organizing my site. LOL. No excuses, so I will be fixing up the site the next 2 days for better navigation so that when I do start doing tutorials and case studies they will be easy to find.

Happy Holidays To You And Yours,

Chad
