SEO Munchies

Hi Chad,
I purchased SEO Trackbacks from Keith Baxter’s recommendation.  He suggested I contact you with an issue I am having.
When setting up the Poster, I am entering the info per the manual, but the poster seems to be “stuck”.  I am getting the message:  Please Wait! Cleaning Verified TrackbacksFile.  It will not proceed past this (even after 12 hours!).
I am thinking that my Saved Verified Trackbacks File is the problem.  I set up an empty .txt file called “saved_verified_tbs_1.txt”.  Is this the problem?
Please let me know if you need any more info from me to diagnose the problem.

I have been running SEO T for about 30 hours now and my virus protection has picked up 15 files that it says “temptracksearch…   C:\SEO TrackBa…  Quarantined Date   has virus” I am assuming it is just a setting with my Virus Protection but I wanted to be sure.
These are the options it gives me:
PC-cillin Internet Security put suspected files infected with uncleanable viruses into quarantine, where they present no threat to your computer. On the Viruses tab of the Quarantine Management screen, you can deal with infected files.

Add makes PC-cillin Internet Security add the file to the Virus Scan Exception List.

Clean makes PC-cillin Internet Security attempt to remove any viruses that have infected the file.

You should always have PC-cillin Internet Security clean infected files after you update PC-cillin Internet Security. Also remember that PC-cillin Internet Security can only remove, rather than clean, certain infections, such as Trojans and worms.

Restore makes PC-cillin Internet Security move the file in question back to its original location.

Only restore files that you know are clean (uninfected). Always apply the Clean action before restoring a file.

Remove makes PC-cillin Internet Security permanently delete the selected file from your computer.

Remove All Permanently makes PC-cillin Internet Security permanently delete all of the selected files from your computer.

You should remove uncleanable files capable of installing unwanted software.

When I attempt to clean the files it says:  “Unable to clean the file. Delete the file if it is no longer needed.
I wasn’t sure what I should do at this point. Is it possible that SEO T is bringing in viruses to my computer? I highly doubt it but I though it was worth checking with you.
I have a couple more questions: The TrackBacks Finder appears to be stuck as it says at the bottom “Please Wait……” but nothing appears to be happening. It has brought in 12,501 files in the “Saved TrackBack File: (12,501)” I have made a copy of the text file called “alreadychecked” from within the includes folder “just in case” I somehow lost the trackbacks it already found.
Should I just close the TrackBacks Finder and then fire her up again? Yesterday I ran TrackBacks finder on another computer that shuts off automatically (I have to figure out where to change that setting) but I ended up with around 3,500 verified TackBacks so I tried posting some anchor text to those and I added six URLs but my TrackBackLinksReport came back showing “0″ for all 6 URLs. Do you think this is because my number of TrackBacks was only 3,500?
Sorry about all the questions I just purchased yesterday and I am really excited to get moving with it but I want to be sure that I am doing everything correctly.

P.S. I cannot wait to get my hands on Traffic Multiplier X, I just have to wait until my next check gets here. If I have BlogSlammer, Traffic Multiplier X and SEO TrackBacks do you think I am pretty well set or do you recommend anything else to a guy living on a small disability check that has not made a dime in almost 3 years of trying. I am not on disability because I am old I have a rare genetic disease that hit me hard at age 35. I am a HUGE fan of Keith Baxter, he is the one who clued me in on my knew path to success! I am implementing his Ending The Confusion plan.

I don’t get it I just tried posting links to the 12,501 trackbacks that were found and my report just finished and I did not get even one link posted. I must be doing something wrong, do you have any advice

I’ve been using SEO Trackbacks for about 3 weeks now and it seems to be working very well.  My question is about the # of links.  If my site is less than a week old is it really safe for me to post 150-200 links at once?  Currently I have been posting 20-40 everyday for the last three weeks.

Hey I’m having a problem just like hgp321. I tired posting links to about 1,200 just to see if it works and It didn’t even post a single one. I tired to contact you guys buy never got a reply. What might be the problem?

at the same time.
probably all of us running this together
makes google ban the page where the soft is searching?

you recommend runnig
one scout and one finder per IP address?
even we have 2-3 computers?

Hi Chad,

Is there a way to avoid duplicate trackbacks posting to the same blog.  I ran TrackBacks Poster on 6/2/2010 and then again on 6/3/2010 and found that I had 2 trackbacks for the same keyword for those respective dates.  Is there a way to automatically check against the “Detailed”.csv file to see if a trackback for that keyword has already been posted?
