Hi Everyone,
Sorry, I know I said I would release this yesterday (wed.) but I had a remote support that lasted 4 hours yesterday, not giving me enough time to finish testing.
I’m also late on releasing Keith’s Stealth Traffic System, a Traffic X Update, and some free software I’ve been meaning to get out.
This new version of SEO Trackbacks updates SEO Trackbacks Poster. The poster fixes the last versions bugs and also adds something to it!
The new SEO Trackbacks Poster will show you how many “Successful Trackback Posts” poster has made and how many of those “Successful Trackback Posts” are on what I call “No Moderation” blogs. A new option allows you to stop posting URLS/Anchor Links on the actual “Successful Trackbacks Posts” or stop on how many were posted to “No Moderation” blogs.
Some of you may already understand how Trackbacks work, but in order for those of you who don’t, I will need to explain the process in which SEO Trackbacks Poster posts.
When SEO Trackbacks Poster posts your URLS/Anchor Links to a blog it recieves a response from the blog which tells us if your post was successful(no errors) or not (errors). A UNsuccessful post could be because of a few reasons. It could be that the blog is not accepting trackback posts. It could also be that you have posted your URL/Anchor link to the page already (duplicate urls/anchor links are not allowed on blog pages). There are a few other reasons but those are the main reasons. To get to the point, basically SEO Trackbacks poster recieves a response right away if your post was successful or not.
If the response from the blog indicates your post was successful then SEO Trackbacks Poster WILL COUNT this as a “Successful Trackbacks Post”. This does not mean that your post is showing up on the blog. Many blog admins choose to moderate the trackbacks coming in. So, in the future your post may show up or not, all depending if the blog owner approves your trackbacks.
This comes to the second part. Whenever a blogs response to a SEO Trackbacks Poster is successful, Poster will do a second check to see if your post shows up right away on the blog. SEO Trackbacks poster will actually go to the blog page and see if our post shows up. If it does, then SEO Trackbacks counts this as a post on a “No Moderation” blog. Basically, “No Moderation” blogs will show your post right away! The older versions of SEO Trackbacks only showed success of posts on “No Moderation” blogs.
So go ahead and take a look of the screen shot of SEO Trackbacks Poster 1.6 to the left. You can click on it to view a bigger picture.
Our new option is (1) “Stop Posting According To NO MODERATION Count”. When this option is enabled SEO Trackbacks Poster will continue on to your next URL/Anchor Link when its made the the X amount of posts on “NO Moderation” blogs. The X of course is the random number of anchor links you choose to leave. I usually have my settings at 150 to 200, as you can see . I see myself keeping this option enabled. I prefer enabling this because I like to know that my posts are showing right away and does not need approval from the blogs admin. But its totally up to you to keep it enabled or not.
When this new option is disabled it will continue to your next URL/Anchor Link when its made the X amount of posts according to the ”Successful Trackbacks Posted” count. Disabling this option will deffinetly let you post your URLS/Anchor Links faster and post way more trackbacks without the need of lots of trackbacks collected with SEO Trackbacks Finder, but your posts may never appear on the blog if the admin does not approve it!
To help with better approve rates of your trackback posts on blogs with moderation I’ve made a comments file that will look much better to blog admins! You can download it by right clicking here and saving it. It has over 14K comments in it. It says nice things like “Great blog post looking forward to reading more” and “I really appreciate you sharing this post with us”, etc.,etc.,etc..
Now the stats on SEO Trackbacks has changed a little. There is a section which shows “Successful Trackbacks Posted” (#2 In Picture) and “No Moderation Posts” (#3 In Picture).
“Successful Trackbacks Posted” is basically how many overall successful trackbacks were posted for the URL/Anchor Link its on, wheater they are moderated or not. So in my picture I have had 1,140 successful trackbacks posts to blogs. Again, this does not mean your post is showing right away. For that we go to the next new stats section…….
“No Moderation Posts” shows how many posts were made to blogs with no moderation for the URL/AnchorLink it is on. Again, basically this says how many posts are showing up right away! So in my picture out of 1,140 successful posts, 86 of posts show on the blogs right away.
There is also a new detailed reports that has the same name as your reports file but with DETAILED at the end of the file name. This file will show you the time/date your link was posted, what link was posted, and to what blog. If your post is awaiting moderation then it will also say “AWAITING MODERATION”.
Your regular report file will show you the time/date and two things about your URL/Anchor Link. It will show how many successful posts were made overall. It will also right under that line, show you how many of those posts are showing up right away (Non Moderation Blogs).
Other Notes:
Everone should know this as a rule of thumb with SEO Trackbacks. The more backlinks you want to leave per URL/Anchor Link the more trackbacks you will need to collect! Don’t expect to do 500 to 1000 backlinks per URL/Anchor Link with only 10K trackbacks. It’s just not happening!
If you put in SEO Trackbacks poster that you want between 300 and 400 backlinks per URL/Anchor link and your reports show that only about 150 backlinks were left. This basically means collect more Trackbacks!
I’ve had success posting 400+ backlinks per Anchor Link (I rarely do this many per link) with my 70K+ trackbacks I found with Scout, and this is more then enough. So that should give you a little guideline on how many trackbacks you need to find with Finder. Here is a good tip! Collect, Collect, and guess what…keep collecting more!
For those of you reading this and are new to SEO Trackbacks, please note, that in the original manual there was an option to delete bad trackbacks. THIS OPTION IS NO MORE. So don’t worry if you don’t see it. I had to many people not backing up files and having the program deleting wrong files!
Also note, when SEO Trackbacks Poster is posting to your first URL/Anchor Link it will run slow at first and gets faster when it starts posting your next URL/Anchor Links. This is because when SEO Trackbacks Poster posts your first link it keeps track of BAD Trackbacks, these are basically blogs that do not allow trackbacks. So, when it posts your next URL/Anchor Link it automatically will skip these “Bad Trackbacks”.
So if you got a huge Trackbacks file like mine (70,000+) it may take a while to post your first URL/Anchor links. So, please give it time, before you you email me and say that its running slow.
The new version of SEO Trackbacks Suite can be downloaded on our SEO Trackbacks Stuff page by clicking here.
As always be sure to close any programs from the SEO Trackbacks Suite before updating. This includes closing SEO Trackbacks Finder and SEO Trackbacks Poster.
Thanks,
Chad
